You are required to send through your referral prior to making an appointment. You can send through your referral via email, fax, and post. Your GP can send the referral to us directly. We will review the same and advise you of the appointment details.

Yes we have parking next to our rooms. You enter the carpark from 57 Burroughs Road Karrinyup (at the St Luke Medical Centre carpark) and drive to the very end of this carpark. You enter Karrinyup Specialist Centre on level 2 through automatic glass doors. We are located on level one. Please use either the lift or stairs to come down a level. There is additional parking at the Karrinyup shopping centre which can be accessed from Burroughs Road.

Some of our patients are booked for a routine review and have developed new symptoms that require extra attention. This can sometimes mean there may be a delay in your scheduled appointment that is outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding when this occurs. Our doctors will attend to your health needs with the same level of care during your consultation.

If your referral is from a General Practitioner it will last 12 months from the date it is first used. If your referral is written from another Specialist your referral will only last 3 months from the date it is first used.

At Clinical Neurology Services all staff come to work to care for others. Our staff deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy. We have a strict policy that any type of abuse verbally, physically or in writing will not be tolerated by patients or the general public. If this behaviour is present our team reserve the right to refer you back to your referring doctor to take over the duty of care.

You will get a reminder message 1 week prior to your appointment. If you need to change your appointment or it is no longer required, please call 6184 1818 or email admin@clinicalneurology.com.au to notify staff. We require 48 hours’ notice for change or cancellation of an appointment. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a administration fee up to %75 depending on the type of appointment. Similar administration fee will also be applicable if you do not attend the confirmed appointment.

Payment is required on the day of consultation. The fee will vary according to the complexity and duration of the consultation.  Billing is at the discretion of the doctor.
We accept EFTPOS, Mastercard, and Visa. For the telehealth appointments, we can accept payment over the phone or through our website or via bank transfer. Your Medicare claim will be processed online at the time of payment; your Medicare rebate will vary depending on whether you have reached your threshold.
